The gender pay gap reflects the difference in average hourly pay between men and women across our workforce. It is influenced by the structure of our organisation and the distribution of roles. 8 West Consulting’s Gender Pay Gap 2025 Report is based on a reference period between 1st July 2024 – 30th June 2025. Special Olympics Ireland
Providing year-round sports training and competition for children and adults with intellectual disabilities across Ireland, empowering over 8,000 athletes in 15 sports through 290 clubs nationwide.
Ballincollig Basketball Club
One of Cork's largest basketball clubs, catering for players of all ages from under-9 to senior level, with teams competing locally and at national Super League level.
McCarthy Hegarty School of Irish Dancing
McCarthy Hegarty School of Irish dancing is based in both Glanmire and Mayfield in Cork city, Ireland. The school has been in operation for over 30 years, catering for competitive and non competitive students. They took part in Irish World dance championships in Chicago in April with 20 students partaking in solo, ceili teams and figure dancing.
White Horse Choir
The White Horse Gospel Choir are believers in uplifting music and the power of communal singing, proudly sharing their approach to the beloved Gospel genre with audiences far and wide since Sept. 2019.
FirstLight
A national charity providing free, professional crisis support and counselling to families who have experienced the sudden, unexpected death of a child. Services include a 24-hour helpline, home visits, psychotherapy and peer support groups.

Kaizen Karate Club
Kaizen Karate Club is based in the Ballyphehane neighbourhood of Cork City. Affiliated with the International Japan Karate Association (IJKA), the club is dedicated to preserving and teaching traditional Karate. Under the expert guidance of Paul Lynch (4th Dan), Kaizen Karate Club fosters a disciplined, community-focused environment. Here, students from ages 5 to 105 develop core values of respect, mental focus, and physical excellence.
